√úbermensch is German for overman or superman. To allow you to take a small peak into my head and my unusual way of thinking about people, I have given below a description of what I believe the perfect human (if he existed) would be like. It can apply to both genders so when I say he (to be somewhat grammatically correct instead of using they,) I mean he/she... it just gets too cluttered if I write it like that. Although I am religious, this blog excludes religion and simply portrays some of my current ideas about people. This blog will probably tick off almost everyone who reads it, but that's fine with me. Its contents are merely my intuitions and opinions about how to get stronger physically and mentally and by doing that evolving into the superman, and any comments or criticisms you have are welcome. Have fun.






Relationship morality is a subsection of general morality, and I might be better off leaving this out. However, its my favorite moral topic so I've included it. This is the part of my thinking that deviates most from the norm of society (capitalist societies, industrialized, modern societies, cultures similar to that of Spain, Mexico, England and the United States.) Anyway, here goes. According to all the reading I have done of the biographies of great men, it is recommended to stay away as much as you can from intimate relationships, from falling in love.  Stay away from any attachment, do not have girlfriends, do not get married.   Because falling in love and being attached to some one requires lots of emotional and mental energies.  And if a person really wants to evolve into a suprman, this is one of the great sacrifices that they should make.  Nietzsche, Schopenhuaer, Machiavelli, La Bruyere, Juan Donoso Cortes and other realist philosophers wrote that human relationships have a negative impact on our well being.  If you want to have a happy life you should stay away from people.  And this project of the superman is not easy, it requires lots of physical and mental energies.  This is why one of the most important requirements in order for people to evolve into supermen is to stay away from social relationships, from crowds, and from the blind sheep raped by the media.

Notes: Let me just give a few explanations and comments here. Some people probably have a major problem with me implying that you have to have good genes to evolve into a superman. This isnt what Im saying, the fact is that people are born with certain advantages over other people; there are certain things that some people are better at than others. You don't have to like it, thats just the way it is. All people are equal in the eyes of the law (or should be,) but that's about it. Being realistic, it's ridiculous to think that all people are equal. As far as becoming a good person, however, I believe that no matter what their starting point, mentally competent people have significant control over their growth and moral development. I believe that a complete person fulfills the capacity that he was born with, and a good person lives by the moral standards he has developed for doing what's right.

Another thing I'd like to mention is how most people these days cop out and blame their actions on circumstance. People are taught that it's OK to make mistakes and that "nobody?s perfect" so they use that as an excuse for their actions. I find that ridiculous. I realize that no one is perfect, but people have to accept responsibility for their actions. Just because nobody can attain perfection doesn?t mean people can use that as an excuse to do what they want. People should strive toward perfection and become the best person they can be. Another idea embedded in people?s minds is the idea that we must "live and learn." This is a lazy way of life that results from people?s unwillingness to think before they act. People should avoid this method of learning wherever possible. As I mentioned before, one doesn?t have to murder to know it?s wrong, so why do people have to break people?s trust, break someone?s heart, or mess up their lives to learn a lesson? They don?t; most people are just too lazy to think for themselves and would much prefer to wander through life, mindlessly learning by experience rather than careful thought. Don?t get me wrong, experience can be valuable; no one is smart enough to properly reason through all hypotheticals, but people should avoid making mistakes whenever possible.







6- This tip is very important in order to evolve into a more powerful person, into the superman.  Try as much as you can to be friendly, loving, cooperative, positive, with every one you meet, even with strangers.  In United States and in many other countries people are taught and have this idea, that they should only worry about their own selves and families, and despise everybody else, and reject any social contact, eye contact with members of outside of their families and groups.  That worldview is wrong, anti-scientific, irrational, counter-productive and leads to negative consequences. Because of the fact that we live in a social world, and there is no literally no way to hider our selves in a cave, in a coocoon and hide from people. We must accept the reality that we are close to people, and that we should work with people, so in order to win the hearts and minds of the crowds, do not try to fight against the crowds and do not try to hate people and crowds.  Try instead to love everybody like if they were your own family.  That leads to wealth, power happiness and progress.  Take a look at the personal behaviour patterns of the winners, the great leaders in USA like Obama, Mitt Romney, Bill Gates and Donald Trump you never see them despising people, hating people, being angry at people the average joes and janes in the streets are.  In order to be a winner like Obama and Donald Trump, we must imitate the personal lives of the winners.  So be friendly, loving, smile with everybody you see.  At first it will be hard because in USA people are not educated by schools, parents and institutions to be loving, outgoing and friendly with strangers. But if you want to be a superman, a winner, an achiever, a leader, you must imitate the behaviour of the winners, which is being full of generosity, friendliness, cooperativeness, solidarity and sympathy with friends, strangers and even with enemies.  And you will see how you will rule the world 










16- This tip is very important, according to Nietzsche in the book "Use and Abuse of history for Life" there are many people in the world who are very negative rude, mean, stupid, negative and barbaric.  This might sound elitist, but we must be realists, truth-tellers, and not negators of what we see with our own eyes.  Having said all this, the tip is not to hang around with very negative people, with corrupt, immoral, toxic individuals, specially people who are so negative, so pessimists who suffer from self-deating personality disorder (Self-destructive).  This might sound elitist, but this is just the way it is.  This tip is related to a video of church pastor Joel Osteen below urging people to get away from toxic individuals and to try as much as you can to be happy all the time, with friends, strangers and even with enemies. This tip is also related to the philosophy of Jesus Christ of loving enemies.  And to one of the main laws of the book "48 Laws of Power" written by Dr. Robert Greene.  Robert Greene claims that losers, negative and very pessismist people can infect others with their negativity.  And according to the theory of emotional contagion, the mental states of the people close to us, wether those mental states and emotions are positive or negative, happiness or sadness can infect us in a powerful way.  So remember reject and stay away from negative, pessimist toxic individuals.

17-  From a physiological point of view, it is at rest that we become more mentally and physically powerful.   In USA people are educated and mind-manipulated into thinking that the more people work, the more active people are, the better they will be.  That's totally wrong.  In fact the aristocratic upper classes do not really work at all, they let the oppressed workng classes, create wealth and do their physical domestic labor for them.  Smart powerful great men of history and today embrace resting and despise any activity like cooking, lawn mowing, domestic chores.  Because any of those activities destroy nobility and aristocratic values.  So take 1 or 2 days of the week to sit and rest as much as you can. A whole day sitting and laying in bed will make you feel, lethargic, sluggins and heavy but next day you'll feel stronger.  Don't emulate the stupid self-destructive pro-labor behaviour of the great majority of slaves

HERE IS A WEIGHT TRAINING ROUTINE BASED ON 1 FULL-BODY WORKOUT, 2 DAYS PER WEEK.  AND THE OTHER OF A SPLIT WORK-OUT OF 4 DAYS PER WEEK.  

(The sets of 3 are heavy sets to failure, and the sets of 1 are max-rep sets.  And rest about between 3 to 6 minutes between the sets of 1 repetition and 5 repetitions, these are real heavy sets that require a decent amount of resting.  So even 7 minutes of rest are requires if you feel real exhausted when you are engaging in the power-lifting real heavy sets of low number of repitions.  All heavy sets should be done to failure)

One more thing about this power heavy routine.  On the bench press exercises there are 6 total sets.  The last 3 are 3 sets of 1 maximum repetition power-lifting set.  However you can instead do it like this: 10-8-3-3-3-3, 4 sets of 3 heavy sets.  Remember you must rest between 3 minutes and 7 minutes between these real powerful heavy sets that require lots of emotional, physical, spiritual and mental power.

An important tip for the real heavy sets in this routine, the sets of less than 4 reptitions (1 rep to 4 reps) is to think about a loved person that you lost. Perhaps think about your diseased mother, any family that you miss and that in one way or the other you are sacrificing yourself for that person.   Think about God, the Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ, the US founding fathers.  Any hero or loved person that is a powerful motivator in your whole life.  That will motivate you spiritually, mentally and physically to give your whole soul, like a martyr in the real heavy sets

Bench Press 10-8-2-2-2-2- (The sets of 2 repetition are max-rep sets, rest 5 minutes between heavy sets)

Incline Bench Press 2-2-2 (The sets of 2 repetition are max-rep sets, rest 5 minutes between heavy sets)

Back Pull-Downs for back muscles 12-12-12-12-12-12-12-12

Military Press behind neck for shoulders 6-5-3 (Sets of 3 are real heavy sets)

Squats for legs with barbell behind neck 15-10-8

Leg-press 45 degrees machine 8-8-8

Leg curls, for back of leg muscles 8-8-8

Standing Calves Machine 15-15-15

Note: You don't need to work on arms (biceps and tricpes) with this weight lifting routine. Because arms, biceps and tricpes work with these basic weight lifting exercises.

AEROBIC ROUTINE: 50 minutes of fast-walking, or stationary bicycle.  Or 25 minutes of jogging, 5 days per week


PART 2: THE MIND AND SOUL: THE SECOND IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT TO ELEVATE YOURSELVES ABOVE THE CROWDS.   

Book reading routine # 1
2 to 4 sessions book-reading of 30 minutes a day, 6 days per week
Add 5 minutes to each session, every 2 weeks.  

Book reading # 2 (A more advanced routine)
2 to 4 sessions of book-reading of 45 minutes a day, 6 days per week

Another thing that you must remember which is related to tip # 6 of the tips on increasing power, is to be positive, sympathetic and friendly with everybody you see.  Be optimist, and get away from toxic negative people.  Take a look at this 10 minute important speech about not losing your joy, by the self-help progressive church pastor Joel Osteen.  This is very important in order to feel more powerful, there is no way in this world to achieve any thing if you are negative, and if you hang around with toxic negative pessimists. Hang around with winners, with energetic happy people all the time !!


I would also like to tell you all, that in this world of modern technology, of cell phones, digital TV, electronic equipment like playstations, nintendos, xboxes, lap tops, and all the other technological toys.  People specially the young have quit their reading-habits and most have quit reading altogether.  That's why Nietzsche, and other thinkers have claimed that humans are going backwards.  People are not smarter today, people are dumber than they were in the 1950s.  Mankind is not going forward.  So in this world of stupid gadgets and toys book-reading requires a lot of personal discipline specially in this world, when most people around you have lost all their book-reading stamina and energies. And just hate books.  So you will have to be on your own and in the first days of your book-reading routines, you will be forced to force yourself to reading, you can use espresso coffee while you are reading to increase your reading motivation.  But as weeks go by of your book-reading routine, you will get used to it, and 30 minutes to 45 minutes of reading will be real easy for you.  But I warn you that in the first days and weeks of this book reading routine you will have to force your self to read.  Remember to make a pause in all comas, and a more powerful pause in periods.   That way it will be easier for you to understand what you are reading.
